Sushil Khaitan

Sushil Khaitan began his entrepreneurial journey in 1970 as one of the Founding Partner of Ashoka Exports, starting with fertilizer packaging at a time when the industry was still evolving. With a keen eye for opportunity, he played a pivotal role in making the company one of the first Indian exporters of eco-friendly bags in the 1990s, paving the way for sustainable packaging solutions in global markets.

Through decades of dedication, he transformed the business from a humble beginning into a thriving enterprise, earning the trust of clients across 45+ countries. His commitment to quality, ethical manufacturing, and innovation has been the driving force behind the company’s growth, making it a globally recognized name in the industry.

With a strong foundation built on experience and vision, Mr. Khaitan continues to lead with the same passion, ensuring that sustainability and excellence remain at the heart of the business.

Utsav Khaitan

Managing Director

Utsav Khaitan, Managing Director at Amaya Exports, completed his education with B.Tech in Automobile Engineering and a Family Business MBA from SP Jain Institute of Management & Research. He joined Ashoka Exports in 2016, starting hands-on at the production floor, gaining deep insights into the manufacturing process, and gradually taking on key responsibilities in streamlining operations.

With a focus on continuous improvement, he implemented Kaizen principles, enhancing productivity and operational efficiency. His background in engineering has been instrumental in introducing new technology, upgrading infrastructure, and integrating modern machinery to keep pace with industry advancements.

Today, he leads client relations, business development, and strategic growth, actively exploring new opportunities to expand Amaya Exports’ reach and ensure it remains at the forefront of the evolving textile and exports landscape.

Paridhi Khaitan

DIRECTOR

Paridhi Khaitan, Director at Amaya Exports, brings a strong foundation in finance, strategy, and marketing, backed by a B.Com (Hons.), CFA, and FRM. After over three years of corporate experience, she joined Ashoka Exports in 2021, leading Business Development and driving global expansion.

She spearheads Product Development, innovating with jute and cotton fabrics to create trend-driven designs aligned with evolving client needs. She also leads Marketing, shaping the brand’s positioning and outreach, while contributing to the company’s financial strategy. Her expertise in market expansion and product innovation continues to propel Amaya Exports forward in a dynamic industry.
